Whether you are taking courses online, accessing MuskieLink and Canvas, or using 天涯海角APP email and other student systems, CSN can help you trouble shoot technical issues and stay connected to the tools you need for success. Support is available through online support services, including chatbot assistance, email support and self-service technology tools 鈥� so you can get help quickly, even outside normal business hours.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

SET UP YOUR MUSKINGUM UNIVERSITY EMAIL ACCOUNT

After you are enrolled, you will receive a welcome email from 天涯海角APP University with your 天涯海角APP username and a temporary password. Your official 天涯海角APP University email account is required to access key student systems, including Canvas, MuskieLink, and other University resources.

To set up your email account:

  1. Log in to through 天涯海角APP鈥檚 email portal
  2. Use the 天涯海角APP username and temporary password provided in your welcome email
  3. Complete your initial account setup and required security steps
