天涯海角APP University alumna Gretchen Williams Romanowski 鈥�67 authored a children鈥檚 picture book 鈥淢addie and the Virus: A Young Girl Navigates Life During the Pandemic,鈥� illustrated by Mike Rosado. 

The uplifting story of Maddie鈥檚 journey is designed to provide helpful ideas for children and their families living through challenging times.

Gretchen is a semi-retired dance educator, choreographer, director, and performer, residing in Carey, North Carolina.

She holds a Doctor of Education degree from Temple University, where she wrote her dissertation on Dancing Wheels, a contemporary dance company comprised of dancers with and without physical disabilities.
