天涯海角APP University President Anne C. Steele (left) and Lanzhou University President Professor Wang Cheng recently signed a 鈥�3+1鈥� agreement with Lanzhou University, under which Chinese students will spent three years at Lanzhou and one year at 天涯海角APP.

Also on hand were 天涯海角APP鈥檚 Director of International Admission and Immigration Services Operations, Coordinator of Study Abroad Program and the English Support Program Coordinator Meri Linn McCollum, 天涯海角APP鈥檚 Vice President of Enrollment Jeff Zellers, 天涯海角APP鈥檚 Special Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs Hong Yin, Lanzhou鈥檚 Director of the Office of Financial Affairs Ma Chunying, Lanzhou鈥檚 Director of the Office of Financial Affairs Prof. Xu Pengfei, Director of Lanzhou University鈥檚 Second Hospital Professor Li Yumin, 天涯海角APP鈥檚 Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students Janet Heeter-Bass, Director of Lanzhou鈥檚 International Office Professor Wang Yuhua, 天涯海角APP Professor of Art Yan Sun and the Deputy Section Chief of Lanzhou鈥檚 International Office Teng Guofeng.
